About

The numbers are already in your exports. We just read them.

Analytiko started as a set of spreadsheets built to answer one question for one seller: which products were actually making money after every platform fee. The answer was uncomfortable enough — and useful enough — that it became a package. Then a catalog of packages.

What we do

We sell plug-and-play analysis templates and hands-on consulting — not a managed service, not an agency retainer that takes over your operations. You either run the analysis yourself with a template, or you hand us the export and we build and deliver it. Either way, the output is the same: a clear read on your numbers and a list of what to do about them.

Every package in the catalog was designed the same way — starting from a real business question, working backward to the data needed to answer it, and ending in something you can act on the same day you receive it.

We also build the systems behind the numbers — inventory systems, tracking and forecasting tools, dashboards, and automations that take repetitive work off your plate. Those are scoped and quoted per project rather than sold off a price list.

Who it's for

Businesses running on real transaction data — multi-channel sellers, brands, distributors, and service businesses — who have the export sitting in a folder somewhere and no time to turn it into an answer. If you can pull a report but can't get a straight answer from it, that's the gap we close.

How we work

Decisions, not dashboards

A dashboard you have to interpret is unfinished work. Every package we ship ends in a plain-English answer and a list of what to do next.

Show the number first

No methodology slide before the result. We lead with the number that matters — the loss-making SKU, the churn rate, the price gap — and explain the mechanics after.

Built from real exports, not theory

Every package is designed around the actual, messy data businesses already have sitting in a platform export — not an idealized dataset that doesn't exist.

Let's see what your data actually says.
