What does Analytiko do?
Analytiko is a Philippines-based analytics studio that builds sales dashboards and gets business data ready for AI. We work as an outsourced analytics team for brands and marketing agencies, sell ready-made analytics toolkits for online sellers, and set up business systems for service businesses.
Where is Analytiko based, and who do you work with?
We're based in the Philippines and work with Philippine brands, marketing agencies, online sellers and service businesses. Dashboards, reports and toolkits are all delivered online.
What does getting business data ready for AI mean?
It means making your data clean and organised enough for AI tools to give you accurate answers. We start with a data health check that scores what you have and lists what to fix first. Then we combine your sales, ads, product and customer data into one clean source, with product names matched across every marketplace and your website. Finally we connect it to the AI tool your team already uses, so you can ask questions in plain English and get answers from your own numbers.
Can you build white-label client dashboards for my marketing agency?
Yes. We build client dashboards and reports under your agency's brand or co-branded, along with campaign and channel performance analysis and client-ready insights. We can also set up your clients' data for AI, so you can offer AI insights without building them yourself. A partnership starts with a free discovery call, a data exploration and a pilot month.
What data do I actually need to send?
It depends on the toolkit, but it's almost always something you can export directly from your platform: an order history export, a payout/income report, an ads report, or a listing export. Every toolkit page lists the exact exports it needs under "Data you'll need," so you can check before you buy. If you're not sure, send us what you have and we'll tell you what's missing before any work starts.
Is my data safe? Do you keep it?
We only use your data to build the analysis you asked for. We don't sell it, share it with third parties, or use it to build products for anyone else. For done-for-you engagements, we keep the raw export only as long as needed to deliver and support the result, then delete it. See the full breakdown on our Privacy & Data Handling page.
What's the difference between a Template and Done-for-you (DFY)?
A Template is self-serve: you buy it, we send you the template, then you export your own data and run it yourself following the included instructions. Done-for-you is the same underlying analysis, but we run it on your export and deliver the finished output. DFY costs more because you're paying us to handle the export, the clean-up, and the data accuracy checks. That's usually the hardest part.
Do you offer refunds?
Self-serve templates are digital products, so once delivered they're generally non-refundable, but if a template genuinely doesn't match its description, tell us and we'll make it right. Done-for-you engagements are scoped before we start, so cancellations before work begins are refunded in full.
What format do I actually receive?
Core toolkits (Sales, Operations, Marketing and KPI Dashboard) are delivered as live dashboards. Every other toolkit is delivered as a spreadsheet workbook, with the option to upgrade to a live dashboard. Both are shared straight to you, so there's nothing to install and nothing to keep in sync. What differs is what's inside: a dashboard, a scorecard, a ranked action list. Each toolkit's detail page spells that out under "Delivered as." A 3- or 6-month done-for-you term is delivered once a month (3 or 6 refreshes over the term, not a single deliverable spread across it), and each month also comes with a findings deck at no extra charge: the numbers written up as slides you can take straight into a meeting, rather than a spreadsheet you'd have to present from. Buying a template or a one-off engagement instead? You can still add a findings deck to any toolkit, or upgrade any spreadsheet toolkit to a live dashboard. Ask us for a quote.
I'm not sure which toolkit I need. What do I do?
Book a free strategy call and tell us the question you can't answer from your own reports. We'll point you at the right toolkit.
Do you offer anything ongoing, or is it all one-time?
Both. Any toolkit can be taken as a one-off, or on a 3- or 6-month done-for-you term where we refresh the same analysis every month on your latest data. The term option suits businesses that want to read current numbers rather than re-derive them from scratch each time. Book a call and we'll scope it with you.
How much does it cost?
Ready-made toolkits cost ₱999 to ₱2,999 as a self-serve template, and done-for-you versions start at ₱2,499. Business systems and analytics partnerships are very different sizes of work, so we quote them after a free 30-minute call. You only pay for what fits, with no surprise add-ons later.
How long does it take to set up a business system?
Ready-made systems are usually up and running within 3–7 days, including setup and training. Custom builds get a timeline with the quote, after a free strategy call.
Do I need technical skills to use the system?
No. We set everything up, train your team, and stay on hand while they get used to it.
How does an analytics partnership start?
