You're trusting us with real business data to get a real answer. Here's exactly what we do with it, in plain language.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write to us. When you engage a done-for-you package, we receive the business data exports you send us for that engagement — for example order histories, payout reports, or ad performance exports.
What we use it for
Contact details are used only to respond to you. Business data you share for a done-for-you engagement is used only to build and deliver the analysis you asked for — nothing else. We don't use your data to train models, build products for other clients, or benchmark you against competitors without your separate, explicit permission.
Who sees it
Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It's handled directly by Analytiko for the engagement you requested. If a specific project ever requires a third-party tool (for example, a dashboarding platform), we'll tell you before your data goes anywhere.
How long we keep it
Raw data exports for done-for-you work are kept only as long as needed to deliver and support the result, then deleted. Finished deliverables (the analysis itself) are retained so we can support you if questions come up later, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you or your business, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email analytikosolutions@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly — there's no automated process to navigate.
Security
We take reasonable, practical precautions to keep your data secure — limited access, no unnecessary copies, and secure deletion once it's no longer needed. As a small operation, we don't claim formal certifications (like SOC 2) — if that level of assurance matters for your business, tell us before an engagement starts and we'll figure out what's possible.
