What happens to your data.
You're trusting us with real business data to get a real answer. Here's exactly what we do with it, in plain language.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your contact number if you give it, and whatever you write to us. When you engage us for done-for-you work, a business system, or an analytics partnership, we receive the business data exports you send us for that engagement: for example order histories, payout reports, or ad performance exports.
What we use it for
Contact details are used only to respond to you. Business data you share for a done-for-you engagement is used only to build and deliver the analysis you asked for. Nothing else. We don't use your data to train models, build products for other clients, or benchmark you against competitors without your separate, explicit permission.
Who sees it
Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It's handled directly by Analytiko for the engagement you requested. If a specific project ever requires a third-party tool (for example, a dashboarding platform), we'll tell you before your data goes anywhere. Need it in writing? We're happy to sign your NDA before you share anything.
AI tools
Some features, like the AI Booking Assistant and Smart Reports, use third-party AI services to process the information needed to run them. We only share what the feature needs, we tell you which provider is used before setup, and we never allow your data to be used to train public AI models.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and how they found us. It uses cookies and records things like device type, rough location and pages viewed, not your name or email. You can block it in your browser's privacy settings.
How long we keep it
Raw data exports for done-for-you work are kept only as long as needed to deliver and support the result, then deleted. Finished deliverables (the analysis itself) are retained so we can support you if questions come up later, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you or your business, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email analytikosolutions@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly. There's no automated process to navigate.
Security
We take reasonable, practical precautions to keep your data secure: limited access, no unnecessary copies, and secure deletion once it's no longer needed. As a small operation, we don't claim formal certifications (like SOC 2). If that level of assurance matters for your business, tell us before an engagement starts and we'll figure out what's possible.
