Who we are
Analytiko provides business analysis templates, done-for-you analysis engagements, and custom-built business systems. These terms apply whenever you buy or engage any of them. If we agree something different in writing for a specific project, that written agreement takes precedence over this page.
What you're buying
A Template is a self-serve Google Sheets workbook. You run it yourself on your own data, following the instructions included in the file. A Done-for-you (DFY) engagement is the same underlying analysis, but we run it on the data you send us and deliver the finished result. A Business System is a custom-built tool scoped and quoted per project. Each package page states what that package includes and what it's delivered as — that description is what we're obligated to deliver.
What we need from you
Analysis quality depends entirely on the data you provide. You're responsible for sending accurate, complete exports, and for having the right to share that data with us. We'll tell you before work starts if what you've sent is insufficient. If data arrives late or incomplete, delivery timelines move accordingly.
Payment
Prices are quoted in Philippine pesos and are payable in full before delivery unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. For DFY engagements and custom system builds, we may ask for a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Refunds
Templates are digital products delivered immediately, so they're non-refundable once you've received access — but if a template doesn't do what its description says it does, tell us and we'll fix it or refund it. Done-for-you engagements and custom builds are refundable in full if you cancel before we start work. Once work has begun, we'll refund the portion not yet delivered.
How you can use what we deliver
When you buy a template or engage us, you get a license to use the deliverable inside your own business, on your own data, for as long as you like — including modifying it to fit your needs. You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, or supply it to third parties as your own product or as part of a service you sell. If you'd like to use our work with your own clients, talk to us and we'll arrange a separate license.
What we don't claim
Our work tells you what your data shows and what we'd do about it. The decisions stay yours. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome — a margin improvement, a sales increase, a cost reduction — because those depend on execution, market conditions, and factors outside the data. Nothing we deliver is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a package or project is capped at what you paid us for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost sales, business interruption — arising from decisions made using our analysis. This doesn't limit any liability that can't legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here at the time you buy is the version that applies to that purchase. Material changes won't be applied retroactively to work already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute will be handled in the Philippine courts.
